2010

Day 1:

It is bright and sunny, and a little bit chilly. We are getting ready to go to the beach, along a path. It will take about 10-15 minutes.

10:15- Yes! We are going now!

5:30- We just got back from Mawgan Porth Beach, I can’t wait to go tomorrow!

I had the best time ever!

I was throwing the ball across the river for my dog Murphy to catch! But we forgot to bring all the stuff that we needed, as we were only meant to be going for a walk!

It was so cold even my dog was shivering!

So my dad had a bright idea to take us for a walk up a cliff! It was FREEZING!

The wind was really strong, and to make matters worse a MASSIVE spider crawled over my foot, and made me scream!

But it was worth it!

We had burgers for lunch on the beach, and when we got back to the caravan we had stir-fry for tea!

Day two:

It’s going to be 19 degrees today, so we are going to go to the beach all day. This morning, I woke up at 8:00 and had co-co pops for breakfast.

I’ve just got ready and brushed my teeth, but my little sister Eve, hasn’t even got dressed yet!

10:30am- We are ready to go to the beach now!

This time we are actually bringing  all the things we need, chairs, buckets and spades, and a picnic!

5:45- We are back from the beach. My sister (age 7) made three new friends at the beach, Naomi (6) and Grace and Amelia 4 year old twins.

We took our dog Murphy to the sea, and the water was over my little sisters knees!

I got very wet (but not as wet as yesterday!) because I was running through the river on the beach, and wading through knee length water. We are having spaghetti for tea.

I am going to finish reading my book “Candyfloss” by Jaqueline Wilson.

Day 3:

MORNING.

I woke up way before my sister Eve today, and I went into the lounge in the caravan, to watch TV with my mom and dad.

When Eve finally woke up, we had breakfast.

I had a sausage sandwich, so did my sister, my dad had a bacon sandwich and my mom had a sausage and bacon sandwich. (my dog had a sausage!)

10:30- We are going to the beach again today, (YAY!) I’m going in the river again today, but I have to rub my sun cream in properly today, as my shoulders and the back of my neck got sunburned.

There are even fingerprints on my shoulder, because I didn’t rub in my sun cream properly.

After the beach:

5:18pm- I had a great day at the beach today, me, Eve, mom, dad and Murphy my dog, went down to the Rock pools, and I spotted a tiny crab, and then a big red crab.

We are going home now.
